David Moore


David is the chair of the Conporto Health board. David has held a number of senior positions in the New Zealand public sector and, in particular, the health sector. David has also held a number of board appointments in both the public and private sector. David was involved with PHARMAC as the founding General Manager and then as a director for a number of years. David holds an MCom (Hons) from Auckland University and a Dip Health Ec. from Tromso University. David is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and is an accredited Director.

Shayne Hunter

Board Member

Shayne joined IBM in 1980. He held various customer facing and leadership roles including NZ Professional Services Manager before leaving in 1993 to establish a number of start-up businesses. His work experiences include executive, operational, project and programme management, and many years of management consulting. He has worked almost exclusively in the health sector for the last 15 years, including primary and secondary care, and the Ministry of Health. He been responsible for leading a number of national initiatives. He is currently the CIO for Capital & Coast, Hutt Valley and Wairarapa DHBs.


Helen Morgan-Banda

Helen Morgan-Banda profile picture

Helen Morgan-Banda, is Chief Executive Officer of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners. Helen joined the College as Group Manager Membership Services in October 2011 and was appointed as CEO in October 2012. She brings to the CEO role more than 15 years of senior management experience in the public and private sectors. Her previous roles include head of corporate affairs for ANZ, director of marketing and communications at Victoria University, and strategic communications manager in the Office of the Prime Minister.


Dr Charlotte Harris

Charlotte Harris profile picture

Charlotte is originally from the UK, and studied medicine at the University of Liverpool, attaining Honours in a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery Degree. After moving to New Zealand in 2007 Charlotte worked in the rural community of Wairarapa, as a General Practitioner, and also achieved FRNZCGP (Fellowship of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners). Charlotte also carried out her training in 2008 to perform forensic examinations for sexual abuse cases and was an expert witness at Court. After moving to Auckland, Charlotte became the Clinical Director of Auckland PHO in 2012, and also worked for the Auckland DHB as Clinical Director of the Auckland Health Network until 2013. Charlotte also became the Clinical Lead for the Auckland Regional Healthpathways Programme in 2015, which is hosted by Counties Manukau Health DHB. Charlotte also holds a number of Board appointments in both the public and private health sectors and sits on many Clinical and Health Informatics Governance, Advisory Forums and Alliances at a Regional and National Level. Charlotte is also a member of The Goodfellow Clinical Advisory Board.
